If you purchased your ‘Professional Head (BTHD1) ) directly from us using this website, or bessertrim.co.uk you are automatically covered. If you acquired your ‘Professional Head (BTHD1) from another source, you can acquire a lifetime guarentee on your head simply by purchasing any pack of cutters from us using this website.
A replacement head will be supplied, without complementary cutters, with the same Lifetime Guarantee.
Replacement is based on user’s assessment (we do not require sight of defective head).
All you will pay is a nominal handling and admin charge of £6.24 and shipping as per any normal order. To obtain a replacement head, simply add this product to your basket.
The Lifetime Guarantee lasts as long as BesserTrim continues to supply the BesserTrim Grass Cutting System. Should the BesserTrim Professional head be no longer available, we will endeavour to provide a suitable alternative.
